  • Itemized worksheet to organize your decor

  • On-site setup service by an experienced setup coordinator on the day-of your wedding.

  • Setup of ceremony items, programs, escort cards, place cards, linens, table runners, chargers, plates, utensils, table numbers, basic DIY decor, cake cutting items, champagne flutes, photos, lawn games, props, etc.

    • One Hour Consultation To Go Over Decor, Timeline, Needs and Vision.

    • Arrive at Venue Access Time for Setup

    • Up to 6 Hours Setup Time

    • Setup All Decor to Create Desired Aesthetic.

    • Place Items Such As: Linens, Chargers, Plates, Utensils, Napkins, Goblets, Centerpieces, Candles, Votives, Table Numbers, Photos, Sign-In Table Decor, Memory Table, Card Box, Seating Charts, Signage, Neon Signs, Dessert Staging, Favors, Etc.

    • We Leave After Setup and Return for Teardown

    BREAKDOWN:

    • 1 Hour Breakdown with 2 Team Members

    • We Arrive 15 Minutes Prior to Grand Exit or Event End Time to Teardown To Pack + Load Up All Decor and Personal Items.

    • All Decor Is Securely Boxed Up + Placed In Designated Vehicle(s)

    • Assure We Are Off Property By Contracted Time

  • • Starting at $850

    • 1 Lead Decorator + 1 Decor Assistant

    • Pricing Is Based On: Venue Location Guest Count, Decor and Other Needs

    • Additional Setup Assistant $75 Per Hour

    • Additional Teardown Assistant $150

    • Lead Decorator + 1 Decor Assistant
