FAQs
-
Coordination is when our team steps in the last few weeks before your event to take over all of the plans you have already made and make sure they come together! With Day-of Coordination, we coordinate between the vendors, our clients (you), and the timeline to make sure your plans come together just the way you intended.
A venue coordinator is responsible for things specifically related to the venue. They will assist with table setup, greet and direct vendors and work with catering. They will also ensure you're having a great day at their venue but they generally do not help with coordinating any part of the event.
-
No problem! We are happy to confirm our services with venues and send them any necessary information more than 6 weeks in advance.
-
Although we begin working closely together six weeks prior to your wedding, we are happy to answer your questions or offer support throughout your planning process!
-
A LOT. Some of the most common items we keep stocked are:
scissors
emergency sewing kit
femine products
bobby pins/hair ties
makeup remover
unopened deodorant
tissues
super glue
small first aid kit (ibuprofen, bandaids, etc.)
tooth floss/mints
-
Absolutely! Plus since setup and teardown services are already included with day of coordination packages, you do not need to pay additional delivery/setup/teardown fees. Win, win!
-
We recommend booking 8-12 months prior to your wedding date to ensure availability.
If you're interested in booking with Pretty Little Everythings, a signed contract and 30% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date.
