-Please Note: Orders may be placed 4 months in advance, and at least 2 weeks before your wedding date. Flowers are 100% designer’s choice within the color palette you select, and based on season and availability. Notes and flower requests are considered but we may or may not be able to use the exact flowers you request.

How it works

Step 01: inquire + proposal

Check our Availability Calendar below. If your date is available, so are we! You can then fill out our Floral Order Form HERE. Once we receive your order form, we’ll create a proposal and mood board with your floral selection. Once the initial contract is approved, we’ll email you an our contract and retainer invoice. A signed contract and 35% retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining 65% is due 4 weeks before your event date.

Step 02: final details

We’ll reach out about 6 weeks before your wedding date to finalize your floral selection, day-of logistics and timelines. You are able to make additions and minor changes to your order up until 4 weeks prior to your wedding date. Final floral selection and payment is due 4 weeks prior to the event date.

Step 03; wedding day

Enjoy the peace of mind of having your wedding flowers delivered directly to you. Whether that’s to your venue, church, hotel, or even your home - we take care of transporting your florals so you don’t have to stress the day-of!

  • Orders may be placed 6 Months in advance, and no later than 2 Weeks prior to your weeding date.

    We only have a select number of dates that we are available for this service. Please submit your date inquiry before completing our order form.

  • We only offer delivery at this time.

    One of the main reasons is… transporting flowers can be stressful! Luckily, we’ve learned all the tricks and have the best systems in place. We handle this for you so your flowers arrive in the most pristine condition, ready to be displayed.

  • We deliver À La Càrte Flowers up to 45 miles from our home studio in Keller, TX. However we do service most DFW and surrounding locations. Our delivery rates vary from, $50-$200, depending on delivery location and the size of the order.

  • No, À La Càrte Flowers are 100% Designer Chosen. We can not guarantee any specific flower. While we’ll do our best to honor your requests and preferences - all flowers chosen are based on in-season availability.

    • All Seasons: Roses, Hydrangeas, Carnations, Alstromeria, Delphinium, Poms, Mums, Hypericum, Lisianthus, Ranunculus, Stock, Snapdragons, Eucalyptus

    • Spring: Tulips, Daffodils, Sweet Pea, Hyacinth

    • Summer: Sunflowers, Zinnias, Cosmos, Daisies, Clematis, Marigolds

    • Winter: Chrysanthemums, Hellebores, Berries, Winter Greens

    • Premium: Peonies, Dahlias, Poppies, Orchids, Butterfly Ranunculus, Anemones, Tweedia, Anthurium, Amaranthus, Lilies (not included in standard)

  • Yes, we have a $750 minimum, before taxes and delivery. Since we’re a home-based studio, we don’t have flowers in stock, like a normal brick annd mortar florist. All orders are custom ordered in bulk, just for you. We can not accommodate orders less than our event minimum.

  • Yes! You can make changes up until 30 days prior to your wedding date.

  • Setup and Teardown is not included with À La Càrte Florals. We deliver all the florals to your location of choice and drop off items to a designated person(s).

  • Yes! We do require custom orders be placed at least 4 weeks prior to event date.

  • Yes! Since teardown is not included with À La Càrte Flowers, to keep things simple for you - all vases, compotes and other decor used are yours to keep!

  • Orders may be canceled up until 30 days prior to the wedding date. Retainers are non-refundable as they are taken to reserve your date. Canceling means foregoing your retainer but no other payments are required.

    Orders can not be canceled after 30 days.

  • You can reach out at any time you’d like to make changes. If not, we’ll reach out about 6 weeks prior to your wedding date to finalize your order. All final changes are required 30 days before. Minor items such as boutonnières or corsages may be added on after the 30 days but are subject to availability.
